Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a warm and professional first impression.
- Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and providing product demonstrations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Drive sales growth by actively identifying and pursuing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment throughout the shift.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Restock shelves and merchandise displays to ensure inventory levels are always sufficient.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
