Responsibilities
- Meet Sales Targets: Consistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas through effective prospecting and closing strategies.
- Client Acquisition: Engage with inbound and outbound leads to identify customer needs and present tailored solutions.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity and knowledge sharing.
- Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales pipeline and progress to management.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (1+ years preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Availability: Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
- Goal-Oriented: A self-starter with a strong desire to exceed targets and earn commissions.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
