Key Responsibilities

- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Stay updated on product inventory and market trends to provide knowledgeable advice.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to maintain a high-energy and professional environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clientele.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve financial goals.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel (if applicable).
