Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and revenue growth during assigned night shifts.
- Engage with customers, identify needs, and recommend products/services that maximize sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local clients and customers.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Process transactions accurately and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management and store organization to ensure a smooth operational flow.
- Provide exceptional after-hours customer service to ensure high satisfaction rates.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, retail, or customer service (experience preferred for night roles).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible night shift hours and weekends as required.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
