Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound sales campaigns and manage incoming client inquiries.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage pipelines, and update client data.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and clearly articulate value propositions.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize conversion strategies and sales processes.
- Handle objections professionally and close deals effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, customer service, or account management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive tone.
- Ability to work effectively during the night shift (shift times TBA).
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to hit and exceed targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
