Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a welcoming shopping experience during the night hours.
- Transaction Management: Efficiently process sales transactions, manage cash registers, and handle returns or exchanges accurately.
- Merchandising & Stocking: Maintain store appearance by organizing shelves, restocking inventory, and ensuring products are displayed attractively.
- Inventory Control: Conduct nightly stock counts, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and prepare reports for management.
- Loss Prevention: Monitor the store premises to ensure safety and security, adhering to all company policies and local regulations.
- Store Maintenance: Perform light cleaning duties to keep the store in pristine condition throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience preferred; training provided for motivated candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability in previous employment.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and maneuver around the sales floor.
