Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products, ensuring a superior shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Restock merchandise, organize displays, and maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store environment.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
- Manage cash registers, balance drawers at the end of the shift, and adhere to all cash handling policies.
- Collaborate with the night management team to meet sales targets and operational goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damaged goods promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Reliable transportation is required.
