- Manage inventory, restock merchandise, and ensure store presentation standards
- Collaborate with night crew to maintain security protocols and store cleanliness

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets in a team environment
- Strong cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Availability to work flexible night shifts (typically 6 PM - 2 AM)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
