Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance by engaging customers and identifying their specific needs.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
- Provide expert product knowledge and handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Participate in store events and promotional activities to drive traffic.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or retail is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
