Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads to identify customer needs and close sales effectively.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our CRM and order management systems.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity and communication.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Participate in daily huddles and training sessions to stay sharp and informed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right attitude.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Proficiency with computers and basic software applications (CRM experience is a plus).
- A self-starter mindset with a hunger to earn a commission and bonus.
