- Sales Execution: Build rapport with customers, understand their preferences, and recommend products to meet their needs.
- Transaction Processing: Process sales quickly and accurately using the POS system.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain store standards by stocking shelves, folding merchandise, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and organized.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment and periodic inventory counts to ensure product availability.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day shift team to ensure a smooth handover of information.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: A history of punctuality and dependability in previous roles.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Skills: Basic math skills for transactions and familiarity with POS systems.
