Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales strategies and manage inbound leads during night hours.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through effective communication.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Accurately log all interactions and sales data into the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to optimize sales processes and strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service (Night shift experience is a plus).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work a flexible night shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
