We are seeking a driven Night Shift Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in San Jose, CA. Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls and customer outreach during night shifts.
- Identify and qualify leads to convert prospects into loyal customers.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to unlock Performance Bonuses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless customer service.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to maintain high satisfaction rates.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (typically 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
