Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound sales campaigns during the night shift to generate leads and close deals.
- Manage inbound customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and resolving issues efficiently.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to qualify for performance bonuses.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, update records, and maintain a clean pipeline.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handover of leads and customer accounts.
- Participate in daily sales huddles and training sessions to refine your pitch and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center operations (preferred for night shift).
- Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
