Responsibilities
- Manage and convert qualified leads through our CRM system
- Conduct product demonstrations via video conference
- Build client relationships through consultative selling
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets with uncapped upside
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns
- Track sales activities in Salesforce and maintain accurate records
- Participate in weekly training and coaching sessions
Qualifications
- 0-2 years sales experience (internships welcome)
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient with CRM software (training provided)
- Self-motivated with competitive drive
- Ability to thrive in remote/hybrid work environment
- Valid US work authorization
- High school diploma (college preferred)
- Must reside in Arizona
