About the Role
As a Night Shift Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand for our evening customers. You will be responsible for closing deals, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to match them with our services.
- Close sales and process orders accurately.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (KPIs).
- Document all customer interactions and account details.
- Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 7 AM).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- High school diploma or GED required.
