Responsibilities
- Sales Generation: Proactively engage customers, offer recommendations, and drive sales to meet or exceed daily and weekly targets.
- Transaction Management: Process sales accurately and efficiently using POS systems while handling returns and exchanges.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, perform nightly inventory counts, and ensure merchandise is organized and displayed attractively.
- Customer Experience: Provide exceptional service by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a welcoming shopping environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day-shift management team to ensure a smooth transition of operations and store readiness.
Qualifications
