- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Meet/exceed daily sales targets through product demonstrations and consultative selling
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling standards
- Manage inventory and merchandise presentation during low-traffic periods
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Collaborate with overnight logistics team for seamless operations
- Participate in monthly sales training and product knowledge updates
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail/sales experience with proven track record
- Availability for consistent night shifts (including weekends)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficient with POS systems and inventory management
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional store transfers)
- Basic math and cash handling certification preferred
