Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling store displays
- Meet/exceed sales targets through upselling and strategic product placement
- Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise during shift hours
- Collaborate with night crew to ensure store security and operational excellence
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and solution-oriented approaches
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail sales or customer service experience
- Proven ability to work independently in overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic math skills for transactions
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework a plus
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Texas driver's license (for inventory logistics if applicable)
