Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and styling assistance
- Drive sales achievement by meeting/exceeding individual and team targets
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up communication
- Contribute to inventory management and stock replenishment processes
- Participate in product knowledge training to stay current on trends
Qualifications
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
