Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, personalized recommendations, and efficient checkout processes
- Drive sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, and executing in-store promotions during evening hours
- Manage inventory operations including receiving, stocking, and maintaining visually appealing displays
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and reconcile nightly sales reports
- Collaborate with night shift team to ensure store security, cleanliness, and operational readiness
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining brand standards
- Participate in inventory audits and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience with proven sales track record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional store transfers
