Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Drive sales through product knowledge upselling and personalized recommendations
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure store cleanliness overnight
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve daily sales targets
- Monitor security protocols and report any suspicious activities
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or sales experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
