Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Store Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, register operations, and balancing daily deposits.
- Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by stocking shelves, folding merchandise, and executing visual merchandising standards.
- Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, process returns and exchanges efficiently, and resolve any issues with a positive and professional attitude.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store manager and team members to achieve weekly sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers and team members.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk the sales floor frequently, and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Attitude: A positive, outgoing personality and a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
