- Deliver outstanding customer service during evening hours, including product recommendations and transaction processing
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and achieving nightly sales targets
- Execute efficient store operations: inventory management, merchandising, and visual standards
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions with 100% accuracy
- Maintain security protocols and ensure store safety during overnight operations
- Collaborate with day shift team to ensure seamless store operations
- Participate in nightly inventory counts and stock replenishment activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Proven ability to work independently and make decisions during off-peak hours
- Strong communication skills and comfort engaging diverse customer bases
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for potential store deliveries)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
