Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of direct sales or customer service experience in a retail or logistics environment.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and persuasion.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Technology: Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic CRM software.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s in Business preferred.
