Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during evening hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Meet and exceed sales targets through product knowledge and upselling
- Process transactions accurately and maintain secure cash handling
- Stock and organize merchandise while maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Operate POS systems and handle inventory management tasks
- Collaborate with night crew to ensure store readiness for morning operations
- Participate in weekly inventory counts and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience
- Availability to work nights (10 PM - 6 AM) including weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Proficiency with retail technology and POS systems
- Valid NY state ID and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
