- Drive evening sales through consultative selling techniques
- Exceed nightly revenue targets in high-value product categories
- Execute after-hours inventory management operations
- Lead VIP client consultations during extended hours
- Collaborate with night operations team for seamless store experience

Qualifications
- 2+ years luxury retail or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding night-shift KPIs
- Expertise in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional closing rate in high-ticket transactions
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule
- Texas or PA retail license (where applicable)
- Advanced negotiation and conflict resolution skills
