- Utilize digital tools to track sales performance and customer preferences
- Maintain visual standards for displays and promotional materials
- Participate in team huddles to align on nightly goals and priorities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team during off-peak hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
