Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening hours, addressing inquiries and product needs
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and personalized product recommendations
- Operate POS systems accurately, process transactions, and manage cash handling procedures
- Maintain store appearance including restocking, merchandising, and visual standards
- Collaborate with night crew to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Conduct inventory counts and stock replenishment activities during shift
- Implement loss prevention protocols and ensure store security

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience preferred; training provided for motivated candidates
