- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling overnight displays that captivate late-night shoppers
- Manage inventory reconciliation and stock replenishment with precision during off-peak hours
- Operate POS systems and process transactions efficiently while maintaining cash handling compliance
- Collaborate with overnight teams to implement loss prevention strategies and security protocols
- Train on new product lines and seasonal collections to maintain competitive selling expertise
- Generate sales reports and performance metrics during shift handovers for leadership review
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven retail sales experience with consistent performance metrics
- Availability to work flexible overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage diverse customer demographics
- Strong problem-solving abilities and calm demeanor during high-pressure scenarios
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for overnight shift logistics
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Previous experience with high-end or specialty retail preferred
