Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers to the store with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their specific needs and explain product features.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with mobile devices.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
