Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, ensuring a premium shopping experience from arrival to departure.
- Drive sales performance by actively promoting products and closing transactions with confidence.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure store displays are visually appealing and organized.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently to maintain high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Keep the sales floor clean, safe, and stocked at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a positive, outgoing attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
