Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during peak evening hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Manage inventory, restock displays, and ensure store presentation standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Monitor security protocols and report any suspicious activities immediately

Qualifications
