Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Conduct outside sales calls and on-site meetings with prospective clients.
- Present product demonstrations and negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the logistics and operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM) as required.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
