Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Execute high-volume cold calling and prospecting campaigns during night shifts to generate new leads.
- Qualifying: Identify and qualify potential business leads to ensure a high-quality sales pipeline.
- Presentation: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and value propositions to prospective clients.
- Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records and provide daily/weekly performance reports.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Track Record: Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Communication: Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills with a professional tone.
- Availability: Must be available to work the night shift (evenings/overnights).
- Self-Motivation: Highly driven individual with a hunger for success and a competitive spirit.
