Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and engage with commercial clients during evening hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Conduct on-site sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Develop and execute territory-specific growth strategies
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up
- Collaborate with day-team to ensure seamless client handoffs
- Exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Utilize CRM system to track leads and manage pipeline
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B outside sales experience
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently during night shifts
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Experience with SaaS or technology solutions
- Flexibility to work weekends as needed
