Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and engage with B2B clients during evening hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Develop and execute customized sales strategies for high-value verticals
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation
- Utilize CRM to maintain accurate client data and pipeline tracking
- Collaborate with day-team to ensure seamless client handoffs
- Exceed monthly KPIs through consultative selling techniques
- Conduct in-person meetings at client sites during assigned shifts
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven B2B outside sales experience
- Exceptional closing ability with documented revenue growth
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms
- Ability to thrive in autonomous, self-directed environment
- Strong time management with night-shift availability
- Experience in SaaS, manufacturing, or distribution industries preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales certifications
