Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive cold calling and strategic networking during evening hours
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular face-to-face meetings and follow-ups
- Present product solutions and negotiate contracts to meet/exceed monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
- Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate CRM data nightly
- Attend industry events and trade shows to expand market presence
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven outside sales experience with documented revenue growth
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for evening client visits
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated with strong time management for independent night shift work
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and occasional weekends
