Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with high-value B2B clients during evening hours
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies across Seattle/NC markets
- Close complex deals with uncapped commission potential
- Maintain CRM accuracy and weekly performance reporting
- Collaborate with daytime teams for seamless client handoffs
- Attend monthly virtual sales strategy sessions
- Exceed monthly KPIs for revenue and client acquisition
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B outside sales experience
- Proven track record with uncapped commission structures
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM PT (Seattle) or 10 PM - 6 AM ET (NC)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Salesforce/CRM platforms
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to thrive independently with minimal supervision
