- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for commercial/residential clients during evening hours
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 90%+ client retention
- Collaborate with marketing team to identify new market opportunities
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and pipeline management
- Submit comprehensive weekly sales reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years outside sales experience with proven track record
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
