Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise accounts during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings and product demonstrations in designated territories
- Exceed quarterly sales targets through consultative selling and solution-based approaches
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships across multiple industries
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless account handoffs and continuity
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and forecast revenue accurately
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven outside sales experience with documented track record of exceeding targets
- Ability to work independently and effectively during night shift hours
- Strong presentation skills with experience in enterprise-level B2B sales
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for territory coverage
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with diverse client profiles
- Willingness to travel 30-40% within assigned territories (Denver/Virginia)
