Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year inside sales experience with track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Strong phone presence and persuasive communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Ability to work independently during night shift (6 PM - 2 AM CST)
- Results-driven mindset with proven uncapped commission success
- Valid US work authorization and reliable transportation
