Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calling to enterprise clients across North America
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close using Salesforce and HubSpot CRM
- Exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining 25+ qualified daily conversations
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute targeted email/campaign strategies
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in weekly training on product updates and sales techniques
- Provide exceptional customer experiences during overnight support hours
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Strong track record in cold calling, objection handling, and deal closure
- Ability to thrive in remote/night shift environment with self-discipline
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills with professional demeanor
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Must have dedicated high-speed internet and quiet home office space
