Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales campaigns targeting enterprise clients across North Carolina and the Eastern Seaboard
- Qualify leads through strategic cold calling, email sequencing, and LinkedIn outreach
- Present customized solutions using Salesforce.com and our proprietary product suite
- Meet/exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for pipeline generation and conversion rates
- Collaborate with day-team counterparts for seamless client handoffs and account management
- Document all activities in CRM with precision and maintain lead hygiene standards
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and sales methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce.com and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently during night shifts
- Results-driven mentality with history of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling SaaS solutions or enterprise software preferred
- Available to work 40 hours/week on night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM ET)
