Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume portfolio of inbound and outbound leads via phone and email during night shifts.
- Build rapport with potential clients to identify their specific needs and pain points.
- Present product solutions and negotiate pricing to close deals effectively.
- Update and maintain accurate customer data in our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the morning support team to ensure seamless customer handovers.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or telemarketing is a plus.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
