Responsibilities

- Meet/exceed monthly sales quotas and KPIs during night shift hours
- Maintain accurate client data and pipeline activity in Salesforce
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless client handoffs
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Participate in weekly sales strategy sessions and training workshops
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Availability to work Monday-Friday 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM EST
- Associate degree or equivalent sales certification preferred
