Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Build relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining accurate documentation in Salesforce
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging
- Attend nightly shift meetings and provide feedback on customer pain points and market trends
- Develop deep product knowledge to effectively position solutions against competitors
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting quotas
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions clearly
- Comfortable working independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM MST)
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to close deals in competitive markets
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client meetings
