Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Los Angeles and Georgia markets
- Present product solutions tailored to customer needs using consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining accurate CRM documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize outreach strategies
- Participate in ongoing training to refine product knowledge and sales skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred)
- Excellent verbal/written communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently on night shift schedule (6 PM - 2 AM PST)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and sales tools
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
