Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls and digital channels during night shift hours
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close using Salesforce and proprietary tools
- Exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining 25+ weekly call metrics
- Collaborate with day team on handoffs and client continuity
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities in Virginia and Ohio markets
- Maintain 95%+ CRM data accuracy and documentation standards
- Participate in bi-weekly virtual sales strategy sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with night shift or graveyard shift background
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Self-motivated with demonstrated resilience in high-pressure environments
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision overnight
- Valid US work authorization and reliable internet connection
- Experience with B2B SaaS or technology sales preferred
