Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional product knowledge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Document all sales activities and pipeline data in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in ongoing training to master industry solutions and sales techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales or customer experience experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and persuasive skills with phone proficiency
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, night shift environment
- Self-motivated with exceptional time management abilities
- Valid authorization to work in the United States
